There are two parts to reporting to the HEU.
First - Complying with the Act.
Second - Complying with the whims of the HEU.
The Act wants you to:
To note the High-Quality Education being given.
To write on or about areas of progress for the child.
To keep the family's details up to date with the HEU.
The HEU
A section of the Act states that the Chief Executive needs to be reasonably satisfied about the progress of the child.
The HEU interprets this as meaning they can ask for anything they want - whether it is in the Act or not.
The HEU have identified their preferences for reporting on the website located "Report Pack". This is described by the HEU as non-mandatory (means optional) and is disguised to look like a government approved document.
The information and directions included in this document do not, it appears, comply with the legislation.
